Residents as Teachers & Leaders

McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University provides training to improve residents' and fellows' skills in education. For the initial phase of this training, we have developed the five modules below as a baseline for more in-depth experiences.

These modules are mandatory for all trainees at McGaw.
